Once your deposit has been processed you will receive a confirmation letter by email verifying your reserved space at the retreat (this is done manually, please be patient with me)

You will also receive periodic information by email before the retreat that will provide you with all the details about the schedule, classes, kits, supply information and additional information. Please make sure you provide a valid email address and keep us updated if it changes.

We accept, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal all processed through PayPal.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To reserve your space in the Beaders Dream Retreat a $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
Fully paid registered spaces are transferable in the event you are unable to attend at the last minute. We would be happy to put you in touch with the next person on the waiting list. There are no refunds 60 days prior to the date of the event.
We encourage you to obtain Cancellation and/or Travel Insurance. Beaders Dream Retreat, Beki Haley designs or any of our subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for your cancellation for any reason. .
Should Beaders Dream Retreat need to cancel the event any monies you have paid will be refunded in full.

A separate email will be sent with either payment information or asking if you would
like to be placed on the waiting list.
