Beaders Dream Retreat - SOLD OUT - Further registrations will be placed on the wait list in the order they are received.

• A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your seat.
• Payment in full is due by February 1st, 2018

IMPORTANT - Registrations will be processed in the order they were received.  There are a limited number of seats available.  If your registration is received before we are full you will get an email from us with directions on how to pay.
Once your deposit has been processed you will receive a confirmation letter by email verifying your reserved space at the retreat. You will also receive periodic information by email before the retreat that will provide you with all the details about the schedule, classes, kits, supply information and additional information.  Please make sure you provide a valid email address and keep us updated if it changes.
Your deposit must be received within 24 hours to secure your space.  Failure to submit your deposit within that time frame will result in a forfeiture of your space.

All payments can be made through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account!

International attendees may pay be check after approval.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To reserve your space in the Beaders Dream Retreat a $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required.

Fully paid registered spaces are transferable in the event you are unable to attend at the last minute.
We would be happy to put you in touch with the next person on the waiting list.
We encourage you to obtain Cancellation and/or Travel Insurance. Beaders Dream Retreat, Out On A Whim and/or or any of our subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for your cancellation for any reason. There are no refunds 60 days prior to the date of the event.

Should Beaders Dream Retreat need to cancel the event any monies you have paid will be refunded in full.
