Moondance

You know the night's magic seems to whisper and hush.
You know the soft moonlight seems to shine in your blush.

Can I just have one more Moondance with you, my love?

We'll surround a custom coated Swarovski stone in decorative Peyote Stitch and then create a luscious rope of CRAW with pearl accents to flow and dance around it.
More CRAW and pearl accents for the necklace portion!  Time to get your CRAW dance shoes on!

Difficulty level is intermediate and the stitches used are peyote stitch and CRAW

After doing all kinds of crafting and needle work, Sabine started beading in 2007. Two years later she published her first beading book in Germany, and in 2012, the first book in the United States, "Sabine Lippert's Beaded Fantasies". She has been published in several magazines in Germany and the States. In 2011, she gave up her job as a physician and became a full-time bead artist. Since then, she is teaching classes in Germany, different European countries, and in the United States. Her work is not based on a particular technique, she is more design orientated, using Peyote, Brick, Right-angle weave, Double RAW stitches and netting, whatever is required to create a certain shape or style.

Wuthering Heights

Like on a wind chime the leaf shaped pendants are tangling on the focal piece, a bezelled Rivoli.
Double RAW allows a lot of shaping variations, so you find all parts light and lacy but also sturdy to work as jewelry.
A lot of bicones in different colors sparkle up the necklace.

Difficulty level is intermediate and the stitches used RAW and Double RAW

Beki Haley has been in love with beads for over 40 years now. She was introduced to the amazing art form of seed bead weaving by her grandmother when she was a child. That early start in exploring the intricacy and fine detail that can be attained with seed beads has stayed with Beki throughout her life. Even as a young teen, Beki loved teaching others all the beautiful things that can be created with beads. She has over 30 years of teaching experience in several different venues from large auditorium settings to intimate one-on-one classes and everything in between.

Training as a classic silversmith at a young age gave Beki an appreciation and understanding of the art and beauty of jewelry design. Beki uses those formal skills to teach the technical aspects of jewelry design. In her classes, the students learn the importance of attention to detail and craftsmanship while exploring their natural creativity. Her love of beads led Beki to open her own bead store, Out On A Whim, in 1986. With her husband, four children, several animals, and days filled with beads, Beki’s life is complete. During any stressful time in her life, Beki turns to her beads for comfort and calm. The meditative action of beading is the perfect tool to bring peace and joy to her otherwise busy and chaotic life. Sharing that joy by teaching others how to create with beads is a blessing beyond measure.
