Virtual Beaders Dream Retreat – Bead Embroidery
March 12th–14th or March 19th–21st
Cost: $370

Payment in full is due immediately upon email confirmation of your registration to reserve your seat!

Your Virtual Beaders Dream Retreat Includes:

  • 3 full day classes through Zoom, 8am–2pm PT, with a 1-hour lunch break (time determined by each instructor)
  • An exclusive commemorative beading board
  • Gifts which may include mini-kits, beads, notions, or whatever else strikes my fancy!

Kits & Class Information

Kits are mandatory for this event and each teacher will be offering their kits in several color ways. As soon as the color samples are completed you will be sent a private link to order your kits.

Each teacher will then invoice you. It is your responsibility to stay on top of this process. If you do not receive an invoice from each of your teachers by the date specified when you order your kits please contact them to let them know.

Kit Prices:

  • Melissa's kits will be $TBD
  • Kinga's kits will be $125
  • Beki's kits will be $75

Kits will be shipped from Beki's studio to save the attendees on several shipping charges. A separate invoice will be sent for shipping costs – every effort will be made to keep these costs as low as possible. Kits are mandatory for this event.

Please note that retreat projects are always Intermediate to Advanced skill level. Please arrive to class with a working knowledge of techniques used.

Additional Kits & Availability

You will have an option to order additional kits, but they may only be available dependent upon what your fellow attendees order. The kits will be reserved on a first-come/first-served basis. I will notify you in advance of the date/time they will be made available for purchase.

Please keep in mind ordering your kits will be extremely time sensitive as shipping can sometimes be unpredictable during this time and we are allowing several weeks to help ensure they arrive in time!

Important – Registration & Payment

Once your registration has been processed you will receive an email from me with a link to pay. Your space is NOT reserved until we have received your payment.

This registration form is limited to a single person’s attendance. More than one person present without prior approval or both registered attendees in plain view of your camera will be cause for immediate termination of your attendance in our virtual retreat with no refund.

Weekend Preference & Zoom Rooms

Once you have selected your preference for which weekend you would like to attend you will not be able to change that. So please coordinate with your friends first before submitting the form.

We will make every effort to place you in a group with your friends. Each Zoom room will be limited to 20 attendees!

PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT ONE REGISTRATION PER PERSON – RESUBMITTING CREATES A LOT OF EXTRA WORK FOR ME!

Email Communication

You will also receive periodic information by email before the retreat that will provide you with all the details about the schedule, classes, kits, supply information and additional information.

Please make sure you provide a valid email address and keep us updated if it changes. Please add info@BeadersDreamRetreat.com to your address book in your email program. This helps ensure prompt delivery of emails from me to you.

Forms of Payment

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal, all processed through PayPal.

International attendees – please contact us for payment arrangements that best suit your needs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once your payment has been submitted there will be no refunds for cancellations. You can sell your space to someone else if needed but you must notify us as only approved attendees will be issued an invite to the Zoom classes.

Your ability to attend your virtual classes through Zoom is your responsibility. I will be sending some info for first time Zoomers that can be helpful to learn the ropes – but really it is very easy!
