Class & Kit Information

Projects are designed for intermediate to advanced beaders. Please arrive with a working knowledge of the techniques used in your chosen classes.

Kits are mandatory for all classes. Each instructor will offer multiple colorway options for their project kits.

Registration Confirmation

Once your deposit has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying your reserved space. (Processing is done manually—thank you for your patience!)

If you haven’t received your confirmation by 9:00 AM the following day, please contact us at Info@BeadersDreamRetreat.com.

Please do not resubmit your registration—duplicate entries create extra work!

Before the retreat, you’ll receive periodic email updates with class, kit, and schedule details. Please provide a valid email address and keep us updated if it changes.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal, all processed securely through PayPal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
• Beaders Dream Retreat reserves the right to decline registration at our discretion.
• Fully paid registrations may be transferred if you’re unable to attend. We’re happy to connect you with someone on our waiting list.
• No refunds will be issued within 60 days of the event.

In the unlikely event that state or local mandates prevent in-person gatherings, the venue will allow us to postpone to a future date rather than cancel. If the venue has already been paid in full, your registration will automatically roll over to the next available date for this specific retreat. Registrations cannot be transferred to other events.

We strongly recommend purchasing Travel and/or Cancellation Insurance. Beaders Dream Retreat, Beki Haley Designs, and affiliates cannot be held responsible for attendee cancellations for any reason.

If Beaders Dream Retreat must cancel the event entirely, all payments will be refunded in full.
